About Inner Peace Blossoming Tea

Tea has been treasured for thousands of years as a sacred ritual. Initially originating in China, tea rituals and ceremonies were then adopted by Zen buddhist monks in Japan, who used green tea to help them to stay focused during long meditations. Evidence of tea rituals has also been found within Pagan, Eastern African and Middle Eastern cultures.

The magic of tea rituals can be harnessed to help you to feel more connected and aligned, to implement healthy new habits or start to love and appreciate yourself more fully.

This beautiful blossoming tea has been made with fragrant jasmine, for purity of thoughts and relief from stress and Lily, honouring Quan Yin, goddess of peace and compassion. Inside you’ll find all that you need to make a _ easy and enjoyable. peaceful moment to help cultivate peace in your life which radiates and influences others, too. How to use:

Inner Peace Blossoming Tea Ritual Guidance

1/ Find somewhere relaxing and quiet where you will not be disturbed. Boil some fresh water and let it sit.

2/ Sit quietly for a few minutes and take a couple of beautiful, deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. You might like to use crystals, incense or herbs to cleanse yourself and your space before you begin.

3/ Once ready, slide your flowering tea and card from the sachet. Read the message on the card.

4/ Mindfully place the flowering tea into your chosen vessel – a glass cup or teapot is preferable, to allow you to watch the tea bloom. If not, you can watch the blossoming tea from above.

5/ As the tea blossoms, meditate or simply reflect on the message on the card. Come back to this place of calm and compassion whenever it is needed throughout the day.

About the Tibetan Children’s Village

The Tibetan Children’s Village was founded by His Holiness the Dalai Lama 62 years ago to care for and support orphaned and refugee children from Tibet. The Village provides education, accommodation and love to children from sites across India. To date Tibetan Childen’s Village has supported thousands of children and continues to be a safe haven for young people fleeing conflict and persecution in Tibet.
